Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years’ direct sales experience with proven increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new clients; win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control; monitor KPI metrics.
• Lead recruiters, coach staff, and ensure service levels.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
• On-board new customers, including terms, risk, and pay/bill rate negotiation.
