Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, client retention, and branch profitability. You will manage a team, drive sales strategies, and ensure service excellence for clients and candidates.

The role requires a high school diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience, including direct sales and supervisory responsibilities. Strong communication, planning, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; build client relationships and strategic plans.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruiters, coaches, and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure client requirements, SLAs, and credit guidelines are met.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationships with resources.
• Conduct monthly reviews and provide feedback to improve service and performance.
