You will lead a high-performing branch team, ensure adherence to policies, and promote superior service while achieving annual goals in loan and deposit growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Six years of sales/business development experience; two years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote deposit growth and new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Lead branch staff, schedule coverage, and motivate the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and internal controls.
