Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Branch & Community Development Manager to drive growth across the branch network. You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer acquisition, and build partnerships with internal teams and external partners.

You will lead and coach a high-performing branch team, ensure compliance, and guide strategy to achieve Loan Growth, Deposit Growth, and other financial objectives while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and growth strategies to promote deposit and loan products.
• Manage branch activities, schedule coverage, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead recruitment and staff development to meet branch goals.
• Monitor performance with district/region leaders to achieve growth targets.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, policies, and internal controls.
