Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Branch & Community Development Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and develop a high-performing team at Community Bank.

The role focuses on expanding deposit growth, loan opportunities, and customer engagement while maintaining strong service standards. You will lead sales initiatives, foster community involvement, and ensure staff compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and training.

Qualifications

• Six years of sales/business development experience; three years in banking/lending preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of bank products, pricing, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote product and service solutions, focusing on deposit growth.
• Lead community engagement, external meetings, and pre-call planning to grow branch business.
• Oversee branch staff development and scheduling to meet sales and service goals.
• Monitor progress with District/Regional Managers to achieve growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
