Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch & Community Development Manager to drive growth and profitability of the branch network within Bethlehem and surrounding markets.

You will identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and lead a high‑performing team delivering exceptional service. The role requires strong leadership, strategic sales experience, and a commitment to compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote the Bank’s product and service solutions with emphasis on deposit growth.
• Engage with the community, travel as needed, and build relationships with customers and local businesses.
• Lead branch personnel selection, scheduling, and staff development to meet sales and service goals.
• Monitor progress with District/Regional Managers to achieve growth, sales and profit objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and internal controls.
