• Work with tech, design, and leadership to tailor solutions for customers.
• Chat with potential customers, understand challenges, explain Pump's value.
• Outbound through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Show value of Pump's tech to both experts and newcomers.
• Understand the product roadmap and align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers as a liaison to internal teams.
