Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Manage the service department by scheduling technicians, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and act as liaison between technicians and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines using available tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
