Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling technicians, service appointments, and workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Help drive and reach sales goals through tire and service sales and guest interactions.
• Build guest relationships and act as liaison between technicians and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to training and development of service department staff.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Use prescribed tools to recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including handling tires and wheels; standing, bending, and light/heavy lifting.
