Charter Foods is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations. You will help run shifts, maintain brand standards, and guide team members to deliver quality service and safe, timely meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Take ownership and guide others; solve problems with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Contribute to safe, timely delivery of quality food and a safe environment for staff and customers.
