Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will guide Team Members, manage inventory, and ensure timely, quality food for guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory work in food service or retail, basic math and computer skills, and a commitment to a safe, efficient operation. This is a full-time, hourly position with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environments.
• Includes Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Basic business math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Guide team members and shift managers in completing duties.
• Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
