Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running high-volume shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will take ownership of tasks, guide the team, and ensure safe, quality food delivery with a positive attitude.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, and contribute to a 50-hour work week while advancing your leadership skills within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Provide a safe environment for employees and customers; maintain a clean and safe dining area.
