You will help maintain a safe environment for employees and guests while contributing to operational excellence with a proactive approach on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Oversee inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Guide team members and shift managers to complete duties.
