Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
