Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, driving account performance, and supporting sales growth. This role includes deliveries and pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining store standards and RAC values.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups for accounts.
Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
