Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. You will build strong customer relationships and help maintain store standards while adhering to RAC values.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years, a valid drivers license, and reliable communication skills. Weekly pay and competitive benefits are included as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid drivers license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customerss homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
