Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining showroom standards and safety guidelines.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
