Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and driving account performance. This role involves completing deliveries and pickups, supporting sales growth, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct early-stage collections, build strong relationships, and ensure payment commitments while adhering to RAC values and safety guidelines. Full-time; flexible schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise and operate a box truck.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships with customers.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
