Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager role focused on managing rental accounts, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving account performance. The position includes completing deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while promoting sales growth and maintaining showroom standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, by phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
