Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. You’ll complete deliveries and pickups, maintain store standards, and conduct early-stage collections.

This role supports sales growth by building strong customer relationships while upholding RAC values. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
