Fluent is seeking an Account Manager for its Advertiser Success team in New York City. You will manage a book of business on Adflow, drive revenue growth, and lead onboarding, campaign optimization, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing or ad tech; commerce media experience a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong written communication.
• Extremely organized and meticulous with multiple campaigns.
• Self-motivated, proactive with revenue pacing awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manage a book of business and maintain strong relationships with advertisers on Adflow platform; meet and exceed client performance expectations.
• Oversee onboarding, campaign builds, timelines, and coordination with Business Development and Partner Development.
• Prepare and present formal business reviews and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
• Communicate client KPIs clearly to internal teams for optimization and accountability.
• Identify and implement revenue-driving opportunities across Adflow inventory and channels.
