Job summary

ChemTreat in Texas is seeking an Account Manager II to join our field sales team. You will shadow senior managers, learn water treatment solutions, and manage assigned accounts within a defined territory.

You will develop relationships, identify decision makers, help craft proposals, and work with technical staff to grow revenue while maintaining high service standards. Travel is expected in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience at all organizational levels.
• Experience in water treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales strategies to expand ChemTreat’s market share in the assigned geography.
• Identify key decision makers; develop relationships with customers and senior staff.
• Grow sales and profit margin within the territory with mentorship.
• Engage technical staff to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key customer personnel.
