Job summary

Firecrawl is seeking a Growth Engineer, Product Growth in San Francisco or Remote (Americas). You will own the signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experiences, instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics.

You’ll work full-stack across frontend and backend, focusing on PLG motion and measurable outcomes from day one. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned.
• Proven ability to own a conversion/activation/funnel metric and move it through experiments (A/B tests).
• Experience building developer-facing surfaces or SaaS/go-to-market features with measurable impact.
• Familiarity with our stack (Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, PostgreSQL, Anthropic Claude API) or producing with LLMs in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics.
• Build full-stack from frontend to backend.
• Treat conversion and activation as your number, own it, measure it, and move it.
• Work closely with data to form hypotheses, test them, and iterate fast on what works.
