Firecrawl is hiring a Growth Engineer to own the end-to-end growth surfaces from signup to conversion. You will instrument funnels, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics. You’ll build full-stack features and treat activation as a core metric you own.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG experience and a track record of running real A/B tests, plus comfort with our stack and in-production LLM tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned.
• Experience shipping production code in growth-oriented products and owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship the changes that move real metrics
• Build full-stack, from frontend to backend powering it
• Treat conversion and activation as your number, own it, measure it, move it
• Work close to the data, form hypotheses, test them, and iterate fast
