Firecrawl is hiring a Senior Growth Engineer in San Francisco to own the full growth funnel from signup to activation and conversion. You will build end-to-end growth surfaces, instrument funnels, and run experiments that move real business metrics, owning outcomes from day one.

You will work on a modern stack, collaborate with data teams, and be measured on impact, not just shipped features. This is a fast-paced, PLG-focused role in a growing AI data API company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned.
• Own growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Ship changes that move real metrics and run experiments with instrumented funnels.

• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move metrics.
• Build full-stack features from frontend to backend powering growth surfaces.
• Treat conversion and activation as your numbers to own, measure, and move.
• Work closely with data, form hypotheses, test them, and iterate fast on what works.
