Firecrawl is hiring a senior full-stack engineer focused on growth and PLG, responsible for signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experiences. You will instrument and experiment the funnel, build end-to-end product surfaces, and own conversion outcomes from day one.

The role emphasizes data-driven hypothesis testing and rapid iteration, with a strong preference for engineers who ship measurable improvements in growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with growth/PLG experience and metrics you personally owned

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics
• Build full-stack from frontend to backend powering it
• Treat conversion and activation as your number; own, measure, and improve it
• Work close to data, form hypotheses, test, and iterate quickly on what works
