Job summary

Town is seeking a Growth Engineer to accelerate growth across the product by optimizing invites, conversion funnels, and monetization. You will own the systems that turn Town into a self-propelling growth engine and collaborate with nearly every team to move important metrics.

You will ship product improvements, run experiments on credits and incentives, and build dashboards that reveal invites per user, conversion to paid, and credit economics. This is an in-person role in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• Ability to instrument and monitor key growth KPIs.
