Firecrawl is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to own the end-to-end growth surfaces, from signup to conversion, with a focus on PLG metrics and an engineering-first mindset.

You’ll instrument funnels, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics, owning outcomes from day one. The role requires 5+ years of full-stack experience and a track record of building developer-facing products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experiment design and analysis.
• Experience shipping production code for developer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move metrics.
• Build full-stack features from frontend to backend.
• Own conversion and activation metrics, measure and iterate.
• Collaborate closely with data teams to form hypotheses and test them.
