Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG ownership.
• Experience shipping production code against metrics you own.
• Familiarity with modern JS/TS stacks and data-driven experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth surfaces end to end: signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship the changes that move real metrics.
• Build full-stack experiences from frontend to backend that developers touch first.
