Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a retail/service team.
• Ability to manage schedules and labor budgets.
• Strong customer service and guest relations.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager training, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and uphold standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise Team Members in Casey's Way and coach growth.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing for events, and labor budget.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Manage inventories, audits, and asset protection processes.
