Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store and drive guest service, merchandising, and operations. You will coach a team, manage labor, and uphold Casey’s CARES values while delivering strong store performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives to drive sales and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events, keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, audits, and asset protection.
