Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a store and drive guest satisfaction, sales, and team development. You’ll recruit, train, and coach team members while ensuring smooth operations, inventory accuracy, and safety standards.

You will manage labor and scheduling, align with Casey’s CARES values, and collaborate with leadership to meet KPIs and store goals. A strong leadership presence is required across varied hours.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team in a retail or service setting.
• Proven ability to develop people and drive performance.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing needs for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling updates are posted.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventory, and asset protection processes.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings including ServSafe where applicable and ensure team trainings are completed.
