Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a community-focused environment. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and foster a culture of service and accountability.

You will recruit and train staff, coach teams, and implement Casey’s CARES values while controlling labor costs and inventory. This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence in store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food-service environment.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a team to meet standards.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and drive performance.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and maintain quality and service standards.
• Maintain stocked, clean stores and build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members as a coach and mentor.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor budgets and staffing for regular and peak times; ensure scheduling is accurate.
