Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy team, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold Casey's standards across merchandising, loss prevention, and food prep. You will coach staff, manage labor budgeting, and ensure clean, well-stocked stores that strengthen guest relationships and community presence.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a proactive approach to store performance, with opportunities for growth within a Fortune 400 company.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way. You will coach and mentor your team to succeed and grow.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walks, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure teammates complete required trainings including ServSafe where applicable.
