Responsibilities

• Meet predetermined service sales objectives.
• Meet predetermined CSI objectives.
• Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle data.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up/enter vehicle problems clearly on repair order.
• May test drive vehicles.
• Recommend additional necessary service.
• Provide written cost estimates for labor/parts.
• Maximize product knowledge and explain completed work to customers.
• Maintain quality control processes.
