Bayway Auto Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Advisor to join our award-winning team. You will advise customers on routine maintenance, prepare repair orders with time, cost and labor estimates, and explain services and charges clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• GM and CDK experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers about the necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Prepare a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
• Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
