Wendy's of Western, Inc. in Virginia's Roanoke and Lynchburg area is seeking energetic General Managers to lead staff and operations at one of our 14 Wendys. You will drive customer service, manage cash/inventory, and mentor employees to achieve service excellence.

As a GM you’ll build a strong team, ensure food safety, manage scheduling, and support a fast-paced, family-friendly environment with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail experience with customer service.
• College degree or 3–4 years restaurant line operations experience.
• Flexible schedules, including late nights when required.
• Strong communication, leadership and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Control cash, inventory and equipment to protect assets.
• Develop staffing plans and interview candidates for proper staffing.
• Provide training and ensure food safety and quality across all shifts.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve profitability and goals.
• Handle administrative duties and reporting as required.
