Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of business services or bank ops experience.
• Associates or Bachelors in accounting/finance preferred.
• Ability to explain products and service features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch relationships and acquire new customers through sales and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the bank's mission and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers to meet needs.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loans.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to customers.
• Ensure service quality and coach/mentor branch staff as needed.
• Process transactions accurately with cash drawer and equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller managing currency in coordination with tellers.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report unusual activity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to code of conduct and bank policies.
