Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, retail sales, or cash handling.
• Experience in branch banking or Valley Retail training preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing relationships and acquire new ones through sales and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to build trust.
• Meet with customers to assess needs and open new accounts; discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Maintain cash drawer, teller equipment, and process transactions efficiently.
• Support CRA initiatives and community events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
