Responsibilities include managing Google and Bing campaigns with value-based bidding, measuring with multi-touch attribution, and building scalable ad ops and reporting. You move fast, own details, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on paid search expertise with value-based bidding and offline conversions.
• Knowledge of measurement beyond last touch, including multi-touch attribution and incrementality.
• Strong ownership, fast execution, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media end to end, including media planning, execution, and optimization.
• Manage Google and Bing accounts, picking the right bidding strategy for each campaign.
• Scale demand creation across paid social, display, programmatic, CTV, and online video.
• Know every morning how much ads spent and report against pipeline and revenue.
• Build ad ops systems and automated reporting, monitoring spend and catching anomalies.
• Accelerate creative testing and emerging channel experiments, sharing wins with the team.
