Job summary

Nooks.ai in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media end-to-end. You’ll own search, social, display and programmatic efforts, building scalable programs that capture demand and drive pipeline.

You’ll partner with product and sales, test aggressively, and report ROAS-driven results to leadership. You’ll lead agency partners, design repeatable ad ops, and use AI tools to automate insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search expertise including value-based bidding and offline conversions.
• Experience planning and buying paid social, display, programmatic, CTV and online video.
• Strong measurement knowledge beyond last touch (multi-touch attribution, incrementality).

Responsibilities

• Own paid media end-to-end: media planning, hands-on execution, measurement and optimization.
• Lead our agency and platform partners: briefs, QA, and performance monitoring.
• Build the ad ops system, automate reporting, and ensure readiness before launches.
• Define channel roles in the funnel and measure ROAS against pipeline and revenue.
• Scale programs across search, social, display, programmatic, and video to drive growth.
