Roots is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own day-to-day media buying across Google, Meta, Bing, and mobile app campaigns. You will optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and pacing to drive acquisition and ROAS while building a fast, test-driven creative pipeline with analytics at the core.

You will collaborate with Creative, Product, Lifecycle, and Engineering, using AI tools to accelerate analysis, testing, and reporting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing with paid media budgets.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads.
• Experience acquiring users for consumer mobile apps.
• Strong analytics in Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
• Collaborates with engineers on measurement and QA.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day media buying and optimization across Google, Meta, Bing, Apple Search Ads, and other app campaigns.
• Grow top-of-funnel acquisition while managing cost per conversion and ROAS targets.
• Partner with Creative to build a testing pipeline and iterate on winning concepts.
• Own paid media measurement, including attribution settings, pixels, and server-side tracking.
• Instrument and QA events across platforms with engineering, including CAPI and SKAdNetwork/AEM.
