Job summary

Nooks.ai is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media end-to-end in the US market. You will lead planning, bidding strategies, and optimization across search, social, programmatic, and video, driving revenue growth and pipeline health.

You will manage budgets, measure ROAS, and collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing to scale programs while implementing efficient ad operations and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on paid search expertise including value-based bidding and offline conversions.
• Experience planning and buying paid social, display, programmatic, CTV and online video.
• Ability to think in ROAS and measure multi-touch attribution and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media end to end: planning, execution, measurement and optimization.
• Lead media planning and budget management across channels with clear briefs for agencies.
• Speed up creative testing and channel experiments; build repeatable ad ops systems and templates.
