H-Squared is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive global lead generation across Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain, with experience on Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

This hands-on role focuses on campaign performance, data-driven optimization and scaling results, combining analyst and strategist skills to optimize budgets and ROAS. The position is hybrid and in-office.

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on paid digital media experience.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to turn data into clear insights.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau and/or Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Design, manage and optimize campaigns to exceed ROI targets.
• Build audiences using first- and third-party data, including retargeting and lookalikes.
• Analyze performance, identify trends and optimize ROAS.
• Partner with Strategy, Planning and Creative on campaigns and testing.
• Lead ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creative, formats and placements.
• Work with platform partners to stay ahead of best practices and opportunities.
