Econolite seeks a Director of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing strategy, positioning, and demand generation across digital, events, and content. You will partner with Sales, Product, and executives to translate growth priorities into measurable programs and pipeline.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in B2B/B2G marketing, strong leadership, and hands-on experience scaling demand programs in complex markets. This role reports into Umovity with a focus on pipeline acceleration.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive B2B/B2G marketing experience.
• Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs.
• Experience leading a marketing function or large cross-functional marketing org.
• Strong partnership with Sales leadership and revenue targets.
• Experience in transportation technology or related complex buying environments is desirable.

• Develop and execute Econolite’s marketing strategy aligned with growth, revenue objectives, and priorities.
• Translate Sales priorities into clear marketing programs, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage the marketing budget with resource allocation based on impact.
• Lead and develop the marketing team with clear accountability and performance culture.
• Establish an operating rhythm across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders.
