Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead the marketing engine, translate strategy into integrated plans, and drive growth. You will oversee the creative department, campaigns, events, and the enterprise marketing calendar, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to deliver coordinated go-to-market programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience including operations, analytics.
• 3+ years leading and developing employees.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with revenue linkage.
• Led integrated marketing plans across creative, CRM, digital, events, content, and sales enablement.
• Proven ability to build and manage marketing calendars, workflows, and reporting.
• Proven track record of using data and analytics to improve marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing operations, translating strategy into annual plan and integrated programs across creative, campaigns, and events.
• Lead and develop the creative department and marketing team, setting direction and ensuring on-brand work.
• Align supplier and product programs with integrated plans and shared revenue goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and spend oversight.
• Direct marketing planning and govern enterprise marketing calendar.
• Drive tradeshow and event program with objectives, investment, and accountability.
• Establish and improve marketing processes, workflows, and reporting for efficiency.
