Job summary

Entelligence, based in Houston, seeks a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and scaling of the marketing function. You will own demand generation, brand and content strategy, sales enablement, partner marketing, and operations across the technology services portfolio.

This hands-on leadership role partners with Revenue, Talent Acquisition, and Partnerships to grow qualified pipeline, elevate the Entelligence brand, and deliver measurable outcomes across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing marketing operations in consulting services or IT environments.
• Ability to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for B2B audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales or revenue teams in growth organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, content, webinars, and events.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives, offerings, and target markets.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, set priorities and development plans, manage budgets and plans.
• Own marketing KPI dashboards, reporting, and ROI analysis to improve pipeline contribution.
