Econolite Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing plan within Umovity, partnering with Sales, Product, and other leaders to translate growth priorities into measurable programs.

The role emphasizes evolving marketing from activity to a predictable sales pipeline and leading a high-performance marketing team. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of B2B/B2G marketing leadership, experience building scalable demand generation

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing, performance marketing, analytics, and attribution.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and other leaders to translate growth priorities into programs.
• Lead and develop a marketing team with clear accountability and performance culture.
• Experience in B2B and B2G marketing, preferably in complex markets such as transportation tech or GovTech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned to business and revenue objectives.
• Own and manage the marketing budget and programs across the funnel.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; establish cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and go-to-market plans for priority solutions.
