Job summary

Econolite is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market programs across B2B/B2G sectors. This role focuses on pipeline growth, budgeting, and team leadership in Anaheim, CA.

The ideal candidate will partner with Sales, Product, and leadership to translate growth priorities into measurable programs and optimized customer value. A strong track record in scaling marketing in complex markets is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B/B2G marketing experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs
• Experience leading a marketing function or large cross-functional marketing organization
• Strong partnership with Sales and revenue targets
• Experience in transportation technology or complex buying environments is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Econolite’s marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue objectives
• Translate Sales priorities into clear marketing programs, budgets, and measurable outcomes
• Own and manage the marketing budget with a focus on commercial impact
• Lead and develop the marketing team with clear accountability
• Establish cross-functional operating rhythms across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders
• Drive short-term pipeline while building long-term market development and brand strength
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define priority markets, segments, and solutions
• Improve lead quality, lead scoring, and funnel conversion with Sales Ops
