Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B/B2G marketing leadership.
• Proven demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and leadership.
• Experience in complex transportation tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Lead and develop the marketing team with clear accountability.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources by impact.
• Establish operating rhythm across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Balance short-term pipeline with long-term market development.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and regional teams on priority markets.
• Develop and implement integrated go-to-market plans.
